No options for service
I made a transaction from my other bank to Alinma, but it was “lost”. I made a complaint to SAMA and they refer me to Alinma. Neither Alinma phone nor the App allow me to trace the complaint even though their sms indicate I can!!! Terrible service, I feel I’m in an endless circle

فقط افتح تظهر الواجه بشعار الانماء فقط وقم بالحذف والتثبيت مرارا وما زال لا يعمل

the app froze and can’t login-> reinstall-> the app thinks it’s different f device and have to wait 48h just to f do anything like wow . the amount of bugs is insane ! how in gods name you even force ppl to get code from it .

تطبيقكم متعب جداً مايفتح،، مع اني لي تطبيق مع بنك اخر لكن تطبيقهم دايماً يحدث واكثر بنك مزدهم ، لكن انتم للأسف مشيكم بطيء جداً
