App is stuck at loading screen while opening the app.

Continuously lagging app. Wondered so big company having such a bad IT dept. Last few week almost never worked. Dashboard opens and loading screen never changed

Broken app
App doesn’t work at all. After opening the app the loading circle appears and continuously loading. Cannot enter any of the functions - all access is blocked by loading circle. Reinstall didn’t help
Slow app
Application for seafarers isn’t optimized for marine slow internet connection. Please remove news with pictures from the main screen. Make the app faster. It is annoying to use it on board.

Constant error in operation.
It's been malfunctioning for several months. It's unusable. I've tried changing the time to automatic and setting the time manually, but nothing helps. My friends are having the same problem. The system has been updated to the latest version. The app has also been updated recently.

Expense claims not operational
Hi there! As you know company accepts receipts not older than 3 month… sooo when are you going to fix expense claim function? It is no problem if you are not going to, just contact me and transfer 1200$ to my account 🤣 Honestly. Shame on your team and protectors.
