Login Problems
It’s really annoying, sometimes I login it just automatically log me back out and when I try to login again it says that I have to wait 20mins before trying again

Update App!!!
Please update the app. It’s way too slow and takes so long to open and log in. I’m not sure if it’s just iphones but please fix it.
Not good
Before the upgrade the app was much better since we can view our bank statements without having to join the long queue that takes 40minutes to almost and hour to get served. Can you please get the transaction button back to make it easier and quicker for your customers without having to visit your bank. Most businesses in Fiji just require the statement from the bank app. Given the age and time we are in your bank app should be more convenient to your customers. In fact it is just an useless app. Needs a major upgrade to suit this age and era. Very way behind come on BSP

The app itself is very slow on iPhones and the touches are pathetic please work on it to make it a better experience on iPhones

Does not support Apple Pay . Develop it so it’s much easier for careless payments.

When we in overseas and what to check something and all its saying check network when nothing is wrong with my network.
It’s irrelevant and waste of time. I’ve read through lots of bad reviews about this app on google but still nothing is being done to it.
