App doesn’t work!
Tried 7 times to process order but kept going back to payment. Eventually went through but didn’t get by $10 discount.
No functions
Terrible app! Doesn’t let you filter search so you end up having to scroll through thousands of shoes. So unsophisticated and clunky, like it was made 12 years ago.
Facial Recognition
On the App facial recognition isn’t an option, you have to type your password in. Hoping you can fix this.
Staff and stock
I just had a wonderful experience in Bstore in Whitfords & Claremont the staff are so patient and polite. The selection of stock is amazing and the advice given. Is upfront and I love that.
Please keep it real. That’s what brings customers back. See you again soon. I even have ordered from your website as advertised too.

A shoe site where you can’t filter by size? Not useful!
Sticking with the website because the filtering there is far superior. Why would I want to open every listing in the app just to see what’s in stock in my size? A basic filtering fix would radically improve this app.
