Very poor app does not connect or ring counter, ring does not display time or prayer times and app freezes or goes blank in certain places. Needs major fixing please

I have purchased this ring but when scanned the code and tried to configured, I found it’s not original iqibla device and doesn’t work with iqibla app at all. Box design and all other details on box is exact copy unless you open the box and find that it’s not iqibla but BSTWSH. I cannot connect to Bluetooth at all as well. No option of Add device either.

It should give settings to change times of prayers yourself plesse make a setting like this

Please update. Counter is unreliable. All other apps are much more cleaner and updated. Such a shame.
