Very poor app does not connect or ring counter, ring does not display time or prayer times and app freezes or goes blank in certain places. Needs major fixing please

Fake Copy of originaliQibla
I have purchased this ring but when scanned the code and tried to configured, I found it’s not original iqibla device and doesn’t work with iqibla app at all. Box design and all other details on box is exact copy unless you open the box and find that it’s not iqibla but BSTWSH. I cannot connect to Bluetooth at all as well. No option of Add device either.

Zikr ring salah times
It should give settings to change times of prayers yourself plesse make a setting like this

Please update. Counter is unreliable. All other apps are much more cleaner and updated. Such a shame.
Good App
The App works well however when I try to connect a second zikr ring it takes time to connect and catch up would be nice to be able to add more than 1 ring.

Can you please add the feature for tasbeeh namaz. Where the ring should vibrate after 15 and then after every 10 counts ?
Not connecting via Bluetooth
It’s not connecting via Bluetooth, therefore can’t give me reminder or time or prayer time. Useless device this just to use as a counter when I wanted the prayer reminders
Azan time is incorrect
Would have been perfect if I could input adzan time myself as the location predicted times are very far off from the prayer time associated with the mosque time that I follow.
Disconnects app
It was good when I first got it and fully charged it. Now it keeps disconnecting from the app and no longer gives me prayer reminders.

Unreliable hardware
The counter stopped working the second day. Not worth it. Avoid it.
