Rubbish System
Have to keep deleting and downloading app to activate - the worst app I have ever used
Good functionally in desperate need of a update
Does it’s job well but looks like it’s about 10 years out of date, come on BT I’m sure it wouldn’t take much to refresh it for a premium service this is a budget app.

Possible the worst app I have ever installed. Customer service is none existent. Do not consider for business
Needs work
Despite having access to my phone contacts, all received calls where numbers are stored on my phone are show as numbers only, not the persons name. So on missed calls, I have to search for the number on my phone contacts to see who called. in addition, on many occasions missed calls are not shown on my phones integral home app.
Names are only displayed for other contact company members within the BT ONE PHONE echo system.
The above is only an issue experienced since moving to BT ONE PHONE.
