Loving this app! It’s simple and fast: perfect for what I need. It’s clearly been built well. It feels really stable. I’ve been using it every day, and no bugs so far, which is incredible for a first release (I couldn’t use some other exchange’s apps because they were so buggy). Looking forward to seeing what new features come next!
UPDATE: I really appreciate the effort to keep improving the app for us customers. I have provided several feature requests: dark mode, advanced market charts, withdrawals, better order filtering etc, and all have gradually been added to the app! I love it when companies really listen to their customers needs. Keep up the great work.

Too many issues
Login issues are a serious problem. Also, historical graphs are shown incorrectly. The five year graph does not work. Serious implications.

Forced update screws users
The only difference between today and yesterday, is that you just kicked me off your app because my very reliable phone isn’t new. Now I can’t access my btc.

Fail in the most obvious ways
One of the key things about wanting an app is to not have to deal with the endless re-logins, MFA, short sessions etc. In that regard the app fail.
Another very basic need for apps that track portfolios is to see easily not just daily changes, but total gain/loss for said asset i.e. paid x, worth y, gain/loss = z. App fail in this regard also.
It also clutter the dashboard with assets that i do not own. If I ever owned an asset will show even as a 0 even if that years ago.

Very suspicious platform
All was going well until I requested to withdraw my funds. Withdrawal request was followed by holing my assets, then blocking me from accessing my account, support takes days to respond and long list of requirements. Finally they told me my assets will be sold with out my consent. Lost significant market transactions due to withdrawal delay. Still waiting to get my money back. I think they are scam. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Update: I got my assets after 7 days with great deal of frustration.

Very happy with the app and appreciate all the improvements made. Including withdrawals and trading view charts. I do majority of my trading on here and it’s fully equipped with all I need.

Nice improvements
Very happy with the app and the with now withdrawals in app makes it one place where you can do everything.
Safety in numbers
The period key on your custom numpad started behaving like the delete key. Wilful negligence easily shown if you don't hire properly.
