Not compatible with my iPhone

The description says that this version will work with my phone, but I keep getting a message saying that I have to download the latest version. I did that and it’s still not working with my iPhone 8+. i’m getting very frustrated with this app because I was told by a technician that it would have the TV guide and it would be accurate and up and running by the end of June.

Downloaded app today it say incompatible update in app an their is no updates available. BTES needs to have better support then this on a app.

See review from Dec 2, 2022. It is now May 3, 2023 and I am having the same problem described in that review. As a result, the app is unusable. Wonder whether anybody at BTES is paying attention?
