Won’t let you make money
I actually cashed out around $60 after winning many games on here and then waiting for days to get an update waiting for the cashout I realise my account has been blocked. If you try to cash out and make money like I did, they’ll block your account. Honestly this company should be looked into for fraud that’s absolutely disgusting what they’ve done, and I’m sure there’s many others they’ve done the exact same thing as me to

I try to withdraw more than 1000 dollars and they take 95 to 99 percent of it… that really unfair!!!!
Not responding to customer support and not paying out withdrawals
Been playing this game for a few years, and never had any issues. Just over the last month or so I’ve had issues with the game. Cancelled matches with no refunds. Pending withdrawals for 3x longer than it used to take. I have been messaging the in game support for a month now…and sending multiple emails, and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointing considering I put real money into the game, and won money that I would like to be able to withdrawal and continue playing the game.

Something’s Fishy….
Have been playing this game for quite some time. Now noticed when I’m winning a tournament, my games are disappearing and I do not get my winnings. Even did a screen shot immediately when I won with my score and was waiting for my winnings, game I just played disappeared. No where on the board of games I played. This had happened multiple times! And also I now notice when I’m winning a game, bubble accuracy will be off. It goes no where close to what I am aiming at and it will misfire and go off when I’m not even touching the screen. The game is starting to get a little fishy and fixed so you don’t win! Beware!!

I use to love this game, it was you against 4-5 other components so there were many opportunities to win something even if it wasn’t the number 1 prize. People were winning and game was actually paying out. Then all of a sudden they switched the games from multiple players with three top prizes to one on one players with smaller prizes. You use to play $1 and could win $3 when they had multiple players, now you play $1 for a chance to win $1.40. The developers got GREEDY (not surprising) and now the game isn’t worth the space on your phone!!!

I just wanna say this app is completely legit & skill based against real players no bots . I see alot of reviews saying other wise which is all false. Alot of people lose & want to complain but if you master the game you can make a decent amount . Just give it a try before letting reviews determine your out come. Looking forward to new updates & bug fixes

Scam they steal your money
I got this years ago. I had unauthorized charges on my card that kept going through dubious names. My credit card flagged it and next thing I I know when trying to get my money back I was told by this so I shouldn’t have reported them. This is a scammer app. They won’t return the money that is not theirs. They restricted my account so my credit card cannot get access. This is fake!!!!!!

Used to love this game but then I added money and next thing my account was restricted tried contacting customer support they messaged me once then never contacted me again I’ve tried reaching out multiple times but no one will respond. Disappointed can’t get a hold of anyone or get the money back I put it since they restricted my account

Bots and more bots
Once you get decent you no longer get to play against other possible real people. They shut off the multiple player games and force you to play 1v1 games where you risk a dollar to only win 40 cents. I like the game but use real money at your own risk.

They say they don’t use bots…BUT BAM out of nowhere you are playing at the same time with the same players and they beat you. Also when you launch the balls some will fit through a space but others won’t. Seems like a guided firing system so you are unable to score difficult shots.

Bots?
I think this game is fun (only reason for two stars instead of one), but I feel like I’m playing against a computer and not actual people. Customer service is non existent. Messages go unanswered for weeks.
Glitch
Asks to access my location, accept while I’m using it, maps me correctly in Texas then says I can’t use it. Only app so far preventing me from playing. And does not list Texas in the jurisdiction list. Oh well.
