Not paying out
Ive been waiting for my withdrawal for over a year . I was able to make one withdrawal in the past but tried making one again and nothing. There is no real way of contacting a person that you can speak too either.
No customer service response
I have been emailing and sending messages to in game customer support with no answer for over a year. Have over $500 sitting as a pending withdrawal with no end, and never processing fully. Give me my money, answer emails and messages! Stop scamming people out of their money!
No payout / customer service not responding
I made a withdrawal request over a year and half ago and still have not received my money. I’ve sent many unanswered messages to customer service through the app. There is also an email provided for customer support that has never worked as far as I’ve seen (the emails bounce back). I previously withdrew money successfully and then this! Are y’all going to do anything?? It’s really looking like a scam.

Poor Customer Support
Been trying to reach someone for 2 days to get my account unrestricted and get my money back. No response in 2 days to more than 10 message.
BOTS!!
The entire game is filled with BOTS you are playing against. I played six games and the same “person” beat me each time. I then came back a few hours later and the same thing happened again. Total rip off!!!
They never paid me!
I submitted a withdrawal for the money I won and they never sent it. Then they said there was a “glitch” but still didn’t send it. Don’t use this app. Or just play for fun and no money. They won’t pay you.

I’ve had a “withdrawal” pending for over a month now. Customer service is non existent, literally. I’ve reached out through email just for them to say it’s invalid. Attempted over 5 times through the app & crickets. If you’re playing to kill time then cool, but don’t expect any “actual” money. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Customer Service Does Not Respond???
I absolutely love this game; however, I’ve reached out to Customer Service on three different occasions and never received a response to any of my inquiries. This is concerning, as it gives the impression that this game does not value its customers as much as other bubble games do. For example, another bubble game I play, Bubble Bravo, has excellent customer service and responds within 24 to 48 hours, and I’ve have successful payouts on four separate occasions on that game. To be fair, I haven’t cashed out on this game yet, but considering their customer support team does not never replies, I’m feeling doubtful on the integrity of this game. Absolutely scam
Don’t waist your time, I put $10 in just to try it out and no matter what I did the other “players” would ALWAYS have a higher score than me. If I could give it less then one star I would and I’m considering reporting the app for fraud. Also, you’ll notice it doesn’t give you the color balls you need to make matchs about 50% of the time. Totally rigged.

I have money in the game but can't play because I get a "Account Restricted" pop-up when I try to play a cash game. I screenshotted it and sent the pic to customer support days ago and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED.

I put in 5 dollars and when I try to play it wouldn’t let me play until I showed. I was 18 and when I clicked on the register part to show that I was 18 and it wouldn’t let me so then I tried to get a refund and it wouldn’t let me and then I tried contacting them and he just told me that we’re gonna review, and then I waited a week, and they never answered and then they finally answered, and they just said they were going to take care of it, and they took like another two weeks, and I texted it again but they definitely cost me. Kept my money now that it’s been a month.

SCAM!
I wasted time on this game. Literally kept it to check every now and then but i withdrew back in june of last year and it said successful but never got the money for it. Total i wouldve made was 537$ and got absolutely nothing from it. Dont bother if you expect to play for money.
Disappointed
I always read reviews and thought this game would be different. But it’s just the same. I can win playing for diamonds but the exact same people or bots win every time it’s for real money. I really wouldn’t waste my time. The two games they have you play with “their” money you win because the other player or bot gets a 0. Definitely deleting this game. Shame on you doing this to your customers.

Total scam app. They don’t pay out your winnings. I’ve been waiting a month for $1100 and they haven’t and won’t pay anything out. Messages say they are working on it but read every other review for this garbage app, they lie and don’t pay. Ignore any reply to this review as it’s a total lie. They are not working on payouts, they just wait for people to give up and never collect. I’m working with Apple to this company’s apps removed from the App Store.

Horrible disfunctional
Worst bubble game I ever played, does not function correctly
No customer service response
I have been messaging through the chat, and via email…for almost 5 months now. Zero responses in over 1000 messages. I have over $1000 in the game wanting to be withdrawn …and have had a $25 withdrawal pending for almost 3 months now. Zero communication. Zero responses to over 1000 chat messages and 100’s of emails.
