FAQ

What is bubble for JYPnation?

bubble for JYPnation is a platform that allows fans to receive private messages and exclusive content directly from their favorite JYPnation idols. It facilitates a more personal connection through everyday stories, dedicated content, and even live chat sessions.

How does the subscription work?

Users can subscribe to receive messages from selected artists. The number of artists you can receive messages from depends on the artist subscription coupons purchased. Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed through iTunes.

Can I reply to my idol's messages?

Yes, you can reply to the artist's messages with your own words of encouragement and love. The app also offers in-app translation, allowing you to read messages from the artist and send replies in your preferred language.

What kind of content can I expect?

Is the app free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use. However, to receive messages from specific artists, you will need to purchase artist subscription coupons, which are subscription-based products.
