I have played this game for many years. I sometimes purchase items. For some reason i no longer can. I get a message that says i was “not charged” and to contact the game. I have done that …with no solution and an unable to make in game purchases. Sadly i no longer am enjoying the game because it seems whatever is wrong (it has nothing to do with my credit card) cannot be fixed. Thanks for 10yrs or so of fun ….
Was really fun game. I’ve played it for several years, nut now there is a glitch. Every couple of games we used to be shown a rank list. I no longer see my rank so not so enjoyable.
Is there a way to open the window that lists ranks? I’ve played for about 6 years it’s been buggy for a while but for the past 5 days or so i no longer can see my rank at all. It has kind of spoiled the game for me. I’ve clicked on everything but no luck

Deleted!
After playing Bubble Witch 3 Saga for what seems like years I have tonight deleted it! There is no justification for people having to watch the same long, boring, repetitive adverts, or for making levels so hard they’re impossible to win. King are just money-grabbing in all their games now, so the next to go will be Candy Crush Jelly and Soda. As a pensioner who likes to play games during the evening I’ll be looking for something else that isn’t designed by King!

I would definitely purchase, not week/month/year, this game 🤑 permanently so I don’t have to deal with long ads and I’m so upper level, some levels repeat.
It’s very relaxing🧙🏻♀️and🧛🏻♀️ fun and worth paying a one time reasonable priced fee!

Low amount given . I have to watch 3 to 4 videos to get only 5 bubbles. Please fix this. I understand y’all want us to use different methods but that’s cheating us after watching all this videos and not getting the correct amount of bubbles.

Game STILL doesn’t work correctly after all their numerous updates!! I love this game..have played it for years…but I shouldn’t have to close out the game after each thing I complete to make it work again!?
Too Slow
Your animations during the game take way too long to complete. Im ready to shoot another bubble long before the animation is over from the previous shot. This makes it boring and makes me want to stop playing.

For months now tasks have not been updating every three days….it generally takes past a month to get new tasks. Yes, my app is up to date! I’ve reached out to support many times, and they either don’t know what’s wrong, or just never respond. I like the game, just with all the features were operational.

V3 versus V2
I love Bubble Witch Saga 2 but version 3 seems overly busy/overstimulating with the animations and it even seems to get in the way of the bubbles/shooter because things are flying in the way on the screen. I feel like for someone with epilepsy this version would be too much visually. The animation also seems more 2D versus 3D than version 2 so it draws my eyes in less. Lastly, the guided pointer makes the game too easy because it’s less eyeballing and hoping to hit the right balls and now you can pretty much see a clear path of where the ball is going to land.

Still being cheated BUT today was the cherry on the sundae. After acquiring 3 witches hats the icon never appeared. I’ve had enough!

Animations too slow
I’ve enjoyed this game so far, sure. But my god. The animations in the game are so freaking slow and there’s no way to skip them. And there a thousand in game pop ups constantly happening which slows it down even more. It’s incredibly frustrating to play because of how slow everything is.

Animation is SO annoying
I can’t even get past level 10 because the game animation is SO SLOW & ANNOYING! I wish I could double tap & skip the ending! I deleted the app after 20 minutes of playing. SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stars matter more than gold pins in King games because stars track your ongoing score and map progress, whereas gold pins are just temporary badges showing you beat a level on the first try.

Recently, some of the ads (usually ones for automobiles) are not finishing and letting me return to the game.
Because of this, I’m losing out on bonuses or missing being able to finish a level.
