Отвратительная работа поддержки
В приложении произошел сбой из-за чего моя подписка на двух айдолов не продлилась автоматически, хотя сам APPLE продлил их 16 декабря. В итоге из-за этой ошибки обнулились все дни, у тому же я потеряла пять дней уже оплаченной подписки. Написала им в поддержку, предоставила несколько скриншотов, что платеж поступил вовремя и что ошибка произошла в самом приложении. Три раза пришлось им писать, чтобы получить одинаковый ответ, что якобы подписка была отменена, хотя это не так, она была продлена. Разбираться с ситуацией не хотят

Canceled my bubble for two different idols for no reason after I almost had over a year, no refund no adding the number back. Bully’s running the app. I had to purchase them both again wasting even more money because I had JUST payed for another month

Adding tickets
overall is great, typing is easy and translation is mostly consistent. however, i wish that you could add tickets for members of the same group without loosing streak. it feels annoying to loose all my days subscribed if i want to add other members. can't you fix this?

앱 내 로딩
버블 앱 들어가기까지는 괜찮은데 채팅방 들어가려고 누르면 잘 눌려지지도 않고 버그 먹은 것처럼 로딩 시간이 꽤나 길어요.. 채팅방 들어가서도 아티스트의 새로운 메시지가 뜨기에도 버그가 오래가고.. 이전에는 카* 처럼 로딩이 수월했는데 이 몇번 업데이트 후에 생긴 문제인 것 같아요. 요것만 개선해주시면 정말 좋을 것 같아요!

Not user friendly
As lovely as this app is, in the sense that it allows you to talk directly to your idol and is aesthetically pleasing, it also only allows you to watch a reply of a live for 24 hours after the idol does it. In reality that’s 12 hours because you have to sleep and even further it’s less than that because of work commitments. So you are paying for a service you cannot even use half the time!!! We should be able to download the lives or have longer to watch them before they are deleted. This is a service we are paying for.
