Trying to figure out how to cancel my membership because my car was in a total loss. Says I have to contact a car wash attendant. It would be nice to be able to do this remotely. Not sure why I would need to talk to someone to do this simple action for me.

Seems to have the basic functions of a car wash app. I never used the app until I wanted to change my subscription. I have one of the upper unlimited options and I wanted to lower to a more basic plan. App doesn’t allow this and says I need to speak to a car wash attendant. Kinda inconvenient but okay
