Premature launch
The app is worthless and just goes to expired pages sometimes in the defunct website… Sometimes to defunct pages within the app. Actually, there are no pages in the app except the landing page which does absolutely nothing login is impossible. Login reset is impossible and using your email results in getting locked out. There is no way to make a digital payment for your homeowners association.

Forgot password
I need to reset my password, so I went to the link “Forgot my password” and entered my email address. I received the link, but when I tried to go to it, I got an error message. How am I supposed to pay so frustrating.
Terrible Interface
Man, I really, Really, REALLY hope we don’t pay for this type of service. The only good thing is that it allows biometric data to open. I guess that’s a win.
Won’t let me sign on
Pieces of junk that won’t let me sign on or even try a new password. Can’t check HOA messages.
Not helpful
Required to use the app in order to submit e-payments to the HOA. Loading the app, getting the passwords established…and still needed to go to the website to enable certain features. Spent over 30 minutes loading and setting passwords and waiting for this to work only to have the app timeout every time I tried to make a payment. Frustrating.
