Yikes
This app is a mess. I’ve been a longtime customer of GVTC and for the amount of money we pay for all of the services on our property, it would be nice to have a functioning app to rely on to turn on/off WiFi access to members of the family. It crashes all the time and is super glitchy. I will turn off wifi access to a device and never be able to turn access back on again unless I remove and rename every device again. It’s a mess. Right now it’s just spiraling saying my entire network is down, when clearly it is on and functioning.

So many problems
This app has so many problems: it won’t show all the devices that are connected, control over the WiFi is no longer working, and I am unable to remove any of the devices that are connected. It seriously needs a better update and it needs to be continuously monitored. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Does not tell you what is on your WiFi network
TV’s, cameras, other devices appear and disappear on the app when viewing my WiFi network. Devices are clearly working, but not visible on the app. Have no idea what else might be connecting to my network

This new update is terrible. It’s so slow, crashes and some functions don’t work right.
Missing in action
Never shows all devices attached. The connection type is also never correct wired/wireless.
