We are absolutely in love with the care provided by the faculty and administrative staff! Our Little One had a rocky start once we left her side, but the patience, love, and reassurance shown to her made all the difference.
Now, she looks forward to seeing everyone each day and is excited about all of the fun daily activities. Seeing how comfortable, happy, and eager she is to go to school gives us such peace of mind. This app is great for keeping parents informed and connected throughout the day. I love being able to stay updated on my daughter’s activities, learning, and play. It’s interactive, easy to use, and gives us a wonderful glimpse into her day and what she’s learning at school!

The Learning Experience in Goodyear was the best life decision we made for our little one. Our daughter blossomed throughout her time she was enrolled. Ms. Makaila, Ms. LaShonda, Ms. Mariah, and the owners were always loving and caring to all the children enrolled. TLE provides a great curriculum and a variety of fresh and healthy food!

I appreciate the daily notifications, It keeps me in the know of how my daughter is doing. Also, can’t forget the pictures taken at school, syncs with my phone! 😍

Ok app
Good app to stay up to date with my child’s school routine but horrible in the aspect that it keeps CONSTANTLY popping up notifications for me to turn on my Bluetooth, although I’m not using the app.
Door access doesn’t work
It’s been 2 months with issues with door access working. I shouldn’t have to rely on someone being at the front desk to let me in. I should be able to get to my kid if I need to without having to wait for someone to open the doors. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t work. The school can’t seem to get technical support for it when there are many families having the same issue. Absolutely ridiculous.

Needs a rewrite- app full of issues
After new updates- I have to delete and reinstalled the app for it to work properly. Sometimes notification doesn’t work even with appropriate settings. There was update a week ago recently and since last week we don’t get updates. We’re provided with paper updates at the pick up. Corporate needs to seriously look at this. This is just unacceptable.

No tech support contact
The app is struggling today, presumably some server issues, but there was no contact info anywhere on technical issues. The support link on the app Page just goes to the main website - which has no app specific contact info

Love the app, I just wish you were able to change the profile picture of your child on your own.
Glitches galore
My door access never works despite sending tickets, restarting and redownloading the app. Notifications aren’t consistent. Some days I get them, some days I don’t. Have tried updating app, uninstalling and reinstalling, signing out and logging back in. When I do get notifications it comes thru in batches of 3. So bizarre. Seems like these complaints are ongoing for many months looking back at reviews. Love our teachers and school but for what we pay in attendance this app should work much better.

Unable to Receive Notifications
For the past few weeks I’ve been unable to receive notifications from the app. Nothing has changed. I’ve tried to submit a ticket through the app but I received an error message and my request didn’t send. Is there any known issues with this happening to others?
The Learning Experience Daycare
My daughter started at TLE in Pickerington, Oh recently. I work almost 30-40 mins away, so having this app gives me so much peace of mind! I can see pictures and what she’s eaten during the day. The app also has games and learning videos for her as well!
