Getting better

The app had some issues when it first came out, but there have been improvements with recent updates. Still isn’t perfect, but I’ve never used a bank app that was. Better than the old one by far-it would crash over the weekend and I wouldn’t even be able to check my balance. I like that I can send a message through the app and get a pretty quick response.

Good but slow

Every time I load up my account transfers or anything it’ll take forever to load and I have a iPhone 17+ Pro Max with 5G, but I’m also not sure why they updated but it’s OK

This has me contemplating switching to a different bank. There is so much lag with anything you need to do.
