The app had some issues when it first came out, but there have been improvements with recent updates. Still isn’t perfect, but I’ve never used a bank app that was. Better than the old one by far-it would crash over the weekend and I wouldn’t even be able to check my balance. I like that I can send a message through the app and get a pretty quick response.

Good but slow
Every time I load up my account transfers or anything it’ll take forever to load and I have a iPhone 17+ Pro Max with 5G, but I’m also not sure why they updated but it’s OK

This has me contemplating switching to a different bank. There is so much lag with anything you need to do.
Always temporarily unavailable
My app not the website will allow me to access my money not pay my loans because it brings up a message of “temporarily unavailable” we are actively working to resolve the issue. Yet it is NEVER working.

Awful “upgrade”. None of my money is available once I internally transfer it. My deposits which used to go through automatically, are now not available. Ridiculous
