Pointless App

App is stupid. You can’t click on the items to read a description of what it is. It’s hard to add to cart and just pay. I don’t even use the app to purchase items. I just go to the site on my phone now. Needs to be extremely updated to be used. Look at other clothing store apps (Torrid is a great one) and mimic what they are doing

Rock the rival jeans

Doesn’t work at all

How do you buy anything?

Useless

Can’t see orders through the app.

Terrible

Ter-rib-le. Why can we only search a single store? If I wanted to only look at a single store—I’d go into the store. Not having the option to search the entire inventory (not a single store) is wildly outdated and inconvenient which equates to lost business.

Terrible app , make it difficult to pay !

Be better

It’s almost 2026. Can we have a sort by fit, color, size, what is in the store? Hardware stores do it. Be better. I would also like to update favorites, so I can narrow down selections. Right now it’s stuck.

This app is trash

It’s crazy how a successful store like this has such an awful app. Love the store but this app IS TRASH

Does this store even want my money?

I was trying to add some sunglasses to my cart, but it wasn’t letting me. I had searched for sunglasses, it displayed an index of shades, I tried multiple times to select the one pair I wanted, all it did was enlarge the image. I hit the heart over the image, but that didn’t do anything. Thought that might let me purchase from a wishlist, but it didn’t. Clearly the store can’t run a competent app, so it’s not getting my money. Turned out it was a blessing because I found similar shades at a lower price on Target’s app. Target runs a competent app, hence it gets my money. Pretty simple business all things considered. One company’s loss of a customer is a competitor’s gain.

Deleted the app

The app is useless for tracking what you bought. It only shows your rewards. There’s no place to see your purchase history, track your purchase, etc. no history at all. I deleted the app as soon as I installed it. I’ll be using the website until they can enhance their app.

not very useful

thought you could order off the app but you can’t the app isn’t really useful honestly:/

Terrible UI

Why didn’t you just use what everybody else does why is there hardly any product description in the first thing you see is an image it confused me for 10 minutes before I realized how to shop on this mess of a app

It’s just bad

It limits your searches I’m not sure why. You can’t find or check on your orders. Nothing about this app is user friendly.

Limited Information

This is the first app I have ever used that doesn’t provide information about orders and order history. Not really sure what the relevance is other than to reserve clothes which is weird

Limited access

Only lets you search your local store. This is useless. I want to order stuff online, not what is just at my local store. Very unintelligent design resulting in less sales

Worst shopping app I’ve used!

I never wright app reviews but this app is the worst shopping app I’ve used, I love buckle but this app is not it. First, there was no where I could look at my order I placed on the website after signing into my app. Then I look at tops and found one and it said my size was available, but wouldn’t let me add to my cart. There was a reserve in store option only so maybe it is only available in store? I did the reserve thing to see. It also wont pull up the item details when you click on an item.

Easier using the website

I too am a Buckle fanatic and have answered ad nauseam their surveys when online and for their app. Wonder if they were ever read because it doesn’t seem like anything changed.
Most recently I was looking for my purchase history on the app. Seems reasonable, no? Can’t find it anywhere. Went to the internet and bam! There it was!
And don’t bother checking the box “remember me” because they never do.

Pretty useless tbh..

Well, I love buckle I love the clothes they have but the website wouldn’t work on my iPhone so I was like “well I’ll get the app maybe that’ll fix it” and long story short it didn’t fix anything. It’s almost like I can’t use the app. Like after me using it for like 2-3 minutes, it won’t load anything else and says “swipe down to refresh” or “try again” so I mean I’m really mad bc I thought it was gonna fix the problem that I have. Also it’s annoying that you can only order things from one specific store. That’s so stupid. It’s the dumbest way I’ve seen an app built. I really hope they read this and try to make it better.

Not my favorite app

The website is FAR more user friendly than this app. I really dislike that when you click on a product it just brings up a massive photo of it but you can’t scroll down for more info. It’s probably one of the worst designed shopping apps I’ve used.

Useless

Totally unfortunate that if you do not live anywhere near a store you cannot buy the products. I stumbled on a store while on vacation and loved the clothes, we bought a bunch of stuff and when I went to order online…. Shockingly, NOT AN OPTION!? I live in New England. There’s not a single location in New England. I’d have to drive to New York according to google. I guess I’ll just go shop the brands directly from the suppliers online….
