My Lake Jackson Texas store # 164 has some of the very best sales associates! This team goes above and beyond for their customers. For our granddaughters upcoming wedding October 3rd we were in desperate need of 3 extra matching men’s jackets for the ushers. Maria went to bat for me after finding the sizes were not there online for these guys. Maria researched the Texas stores for those sizes in that particular jacket and called them to request they send them to her attention to our store asap! They are coming from 2 different Texas Boot Barn locations! Those ushers are also my grandsons and are so excited to know they will get to match the rest of the wedding party!! Much love to Maria!! 🥹

Rewards Redemption
I’m so frustrated that none of the rewards codes worked. It was very disappointing. I contacted customer service for help and their suggestions didn’t work either so I just let my rewards expire.

It has a few issues with changing account information like email address. I no longer have my old email address and had to log into the account in which I couldn’t because I couldn’t change the email address and no longer have the old email account. I also lost all my points that I had on the old account.
