Terrible
Not accurate stock, not accurate timeframes. App says 1-2 days to store. Place an order, its really 1-2 weeks and you cant even cancel an order. So its a joke and a scam.

Found great in app exclusives. I also found greater deals in app. I went down to my local BootBarn and couldn’t find what I found in app. The selection and pricing is awesome. Definitely keeping the app for all my apparel needs. Thanks Boot Barn!

Can’t scan receipts
I was trying to scan my receipt to add my points to my account but it just opens a blank window in the app and doesn’t do anything.
Want it to be good
This is my favorite store of all time but the app is beyond frustrating. My in store orders never show up on the app no matter what I or someone in store tries to do. Also the website shows better sales than the app. I use the website to find what I’m looking for and then copy the name to order on the app. It’s really it’s only good to see/ use a reward.
