My Lake Jackson Texas store # 164 has some of the very best sales associates! This team goes above and beyond for their customers. For our granddaughters upcoming wedding October 3rd we were in desperate need of 3 extra matching men’s jackets for the ushers. Maria went to bat for me after finding the sizes were not there online for these guys. Maria researched the Texas stores for those sizes in that particular jacket and called them to request they send them to her attention to our store asap! They are coming from 2 different Texas Boot Barn locations! Those ushers are also my grandsons and are so excited to know they will get to match the rest of the wedding party!! Much love to Maria!! 🥹

I’m so frustrated that none of the rewards codes worked. It was very disappointing. I contacted customer service for help and their suggestions didn’t work either so I just let my rewards expire.

It has a few issues with changing account information like email address. I no longer have my old email address and had to log into the account in which I couldn’t because I couldn’t change the email address and no longer have the old email account. I also lost all my points that I had on the old account.

Frustrated when ordering
When I was signing into my account I got a pop up message with a special 15% off offer with my order. Before I could copy that code it disappeared and I couldn’t get it to pop up again. Very disappointed I was not able to utilize that discount. Code started with AP and had numbers however although I tried to guess at the full code I lost out on the offer.

Boot Barn has a great selection of Western Wear including boots, clothing, belts and hats. Everything- from clothing, styles, design and quality is a refreshing upgrade from the bland mall experience. Price point is very reasonable. Friendly associates make Boot Barn a great shopping experience.
No help in store
Be nicer if the young girls and boys would help the older folk 3 times in a week 2 different stores no one offers to help. Sucks for the real cowgirls that are 80 needing help. They just stand and gossip don’t know if we will be back to council bluffs or Sioux City or one again! It was the only place we got boots not anymore!
