Can’t scan receipts
I was trying to scan my receipt to add my points to my account but it just opens a blank window in the app and doesn’t do anything.
Want it to be good
This is my favorite store of all time but the app is beyond frustrating. My in store orders never show up on the app no matter what I or someone in store tries to do. Also the website shows better sales than the app. I use the website to find what I’m looking for and then copy the name to order on the app. It’s really it’s only good to see/ use a reward.

It was quick and easy to find what I was looking for. However, I found sometimes online orders have less opportunity for deals. I saved more by shopping in-store for more than have my orders than shopping online. I spent more shopping online. Overall a great experience.

Wish list doesn’t work
My grandson has created a wish list and it’s giving me a warning that the site is not secure and at risk. When I finally opened it, I see “Kians Wish List” but no way to get there. I also tried to create a wish list and no products will go into it. Very frustrating!
