Wish list doesn’t work
My grandson has created a wish list and it’s giving me a warning that the site is not secure and at risk. When I finally opened it, I see “Kians Wish List” but no way to get there. I also tried to create a wish list and no products will go into it. Very frustrating!

It’s not the best
In the app I showed $15 redeemable rewards then it disappeared a few hours later. I can’t seem to add a receipt if I bought something at the store. The cashier didn’t ask me for my barcode.

not canadian friendly. we are a huge population that carries physical boot barn stores- why cant i shop online too???

I had opened an account in store when I made a purchase . When I downloaded the app and typed in the e-mail I had signed up with it showed as invalid. Had to sing sign up again with the SAME emails I used in store and now my points for that purchase are lost .

PLEASE, bring back the filters for toe shape and the skin used on the boot filters. I only ever buy narrow square, round, and snip toe. And there are certain skins I like. I’m sure this is like this for many other customers.
