Issues with adding photos
I can’t add photos that have already been taken, just photos that I take through the app. So I usually have to download photos from my iCloud to my laptop first, which takes a long time and is a hassle.
Fast way to make a bud bust observation
The phone app is a really simple way to make a budburst observation. Take a photo click on click on species and phenophase, and off the data goes to the national database. So much easier than having to enter data on a computer at home. The photos tell what the location is and date. Great way to make it easier to participate in this program.
