Won’t let me change preferences
Just got the app and love the concept, but it won’t let me extend my search range beyond 5km. Every time I do, it just reverts back. This is preventing me from from seeing anyone else :(
Good app, too bad no one is on it
Cool profile that highlights things I care about as a runner, like training goals and prs. Too bad there’s no one on it lol

Won’t let me sign up
I can’t get past the “What’s your name screen” on the sign up. No matter what I put in, it just says, “Enter your name.” Even if that’s what I did. 7 times.

Hi there, We're really sorry to hear that you experienced that issue. Did you try to sign up using Appleid? A small percentage of our users have been experiencing a similar issue when using Appleid registration and we are trying to patch this! In the meantime though if you try to sign up using facebook or email/password, this should resolve the issue for you :) Thanks, Team BuddyUp
