HELP! Not Working After Updating to Premium
I have used this app in the past and decided to upgrade this time to the premium to track our budget this year and now I can’t even open the app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Every time I try to log in, it asks me to verify my email but I haven’t received any email to be able to verify it. When I click on resend email, it says account already exists. So I uninstalled it again and resigned up using a different email and the same thing keeps happening. Now when I tap on the app it won’t open at all as it’s absolutely glitching since I’ve paid to be upgraded. I wasn’t sure how else to contact you but please help as I really want to use this app and I subscribed to get all the features and now its not working :(

SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON’T DOWNLOAD.
I REDOWNLODED THIS APP A YEAR LATER AND IT IS STILL BUGGY AND BROKEN. I paid the premium subscription and it somehow made it worse. I can’t open it without crashing it. Really disappointing. Shame on me for trying again and spending money on this app. I am disappointed too that the creator has not addressed any of these issues either to me privately or publically.

Hello, I purchased the premium account and had it for three months. Unfortunately I was barely able to use it. The idea behind this app is solid. But the execution is less so. The app crashes constantly. It’s basically unusable. It’s like it has a mind of its own. Even powering my phone off and on again will not stop the crashing. Otherwise, it would be nice to add a “list view” feature so you could scroll through your itemized expenses for the last month, instead of only being able to do so day by day. I hope you fix the bugs. This app was useful when it worked. Best of luck.

Makes my life easier
I love the concept of this app and pretty much all of the features it has to offer. It’s a newer app and I seem to remember reaching out to the developers a year or so ago and felt like they were genuinely interested in making the app better and in providing a quality app for people to use. I just got the vibe that good people built it and really care.
I can’t speak to it crashing (there’s another review from someone who had bad luck), it’s never crashed on me. I’ve had the app for over a year now.
I chose to buy the annual subscription because it’s a serious deal in my eyes. I love that I can add as many categories as I want to. The only thing that would make this app absolutely above and beyond would be optional subcategories for a true picture of exactly where my money is going. A simple example would be: category for Pets, subcategories: Pet food, vet expenses, pet toys. I do like that I can label my expenses within the expenses themselves, though.
Honestly, wouldn’t change much at all. This is the perfect middle of the road app for budgeting. It hasn’t got so many bells and whistles that you need to have a degree in computer science to use it, but it has a lot to offer. It’s easy to personalize and for someone just looking to see where all their money is going, *chefs kiss*.

Cannot use premium features
I purchased the premium account. The app accepted my money, but did not give me the features I paid for.

I want my money back
Extremely disappointed!!!
Its horrible it keeps crashing just after I Bought it. I out a lot of time and energy organizing my tabs, allocating budget etc.
Its a great IDEA however no conscious was put into developing it.
