Cannot Register

The app looks promising but . . . I tried to register three times on my iPhone but nothing happens. When I try to log in the app tells me I’m not a registered user. When I try to get support I’m directed to an Asian web site I cannot read.

👎 Every time I try to use it a message pops up telling me that it’s not connected to the internet and I know it has to be bc I have checked all areas of my settings to make sure. 😡
