Not worth

Not working at all

scam company

Had one ride. Didn’t get paid. Employee name Ben. Wrote a mail. No respond. Rubbish

Can’t even signin on workpro

I have been having issues with workpro. I already have a work pro account and it doesn’t let me signin with my own account

App problem

I cant even open the app always give me something wrong, even thought i signed in couple months ago

Lacks basic features

Difficult to get on board , everything should be in the app itself , like didi/uber which makes onboarding much more easier rather than redirecting to other sites etc.
App is nowhere near ready to compete with didi/uber at all currently.

Also, there’s no point of buying a pass worth $30 when there’s no customer base present currently in QLD. It should be provided for free to attract more drivers onboard and the app should do aggressive promotions as well to get the riders know about its presence.
*Promotions SHOULD NOT BE LIMITED TO ONLY FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM
