I wish that we could use gift cards through the app.
Needs total redesign
I’ve attempted to use the app to place a pickup order multiple times. For many items there is no picture. Those that do have a picture are one view and that’s blurry. Nowhere can you find ingredients or nutrition information. The one time I did place a small order, my rewards card and clipped coupons didn’t come off the total. This app is a real deterrent for shopping at Buehler’s brick and mortar stores; a successful business with such a basic, difficult to navigate app and website.

Two major issues
1. The barcode provided on the app does not bring up my account and I always have to have the cashier look up my account. This is a pain because I never received a physical card of any kind.
2. The newest update now does not allow access to the keyboard so I can not even log into my account on the app.

Online Shopper
As of late whoever is new for the grocery order pick ups is not reading the notes I leave or even paying attention to what I ordered. For example, about a month ago I ordered specifically land o lakes half and half the regular kind. But when the groceries where returned home it was the fat free version. I look back at my substitutes but this was not an item that was substitutes and there were regular half and half’s there. We have someone in our home that is on a very strict low carb diet so the fat free version would not work. Also, when I put in the notes that I would like 6 steaks, I would like to have 6 steaks not 5. I specifically put these notes in because I don’t care what the weight is but I don’t believe people are reading the notes. I did give 3 starts because there is one shopper who is good at there job and actually texts me when something is out and to that person, I appreciate you. Believe her name is Kat.

Buehler’s is by far a superior grocery store. Large selection of brands, great deli, excellent customer service. I also like the fact that it is employee owned.

You charge $1.95 to shop for your customers when neither your computer system nor staff can tell whether or where it's in the store? Sad!

Terrible App
Worst app ever for ordering groceries. Slower than Giant Eagle’s site (and that is saying something). I got halfway through ordering our weekly groceries and started getting a message that my request had been throttled and that I should try again later. Really? I’m getting rate transaction limited on just searching for graham crackers inside your app? Giant Eagle may have a slow site, but at least they can handle the digital traffic.

Timed out
I start typing the name of the product I want but I get a Timed Out box and asks me if I want to try again. I select Yes. I just start typing again and I get a Timed Out box. App doesn’t work.
