App isn’t letting me bid on anything and won’t let me add a payment method. Many people having this issue

I don’t like how they try and get more money out of you when you bid it the last few seconds and it adds a few more minutes to give everyone else time to bring the price up. It is very hard to do returns. The descriptions are not always accurate.
