This app and pickup service has been extremely helpful when busy with commitments for work and caring for family member that does not allow extra time for shopping.
Outdated and expensive
The app much like the store is outdated. No easy returns, no customer loyalty, expensive prices, $10 per delivery. They are closing all over
Food Pickup Service
Great Service. I go to the Pepper Pike location. And it is a great time saving for any for me to get just what I need in my busy day with almost no time lost
Difficult to use.
It seems I have to navigate through this very carefully so not to cancel whenever I make a change. I just find it difficult to use.
Shopping List Issue
The app overall is decent but one big issue ruins it. If you want to make your shopping list in advance, forget it. If you make a list, but close the app, it’s gone. I found this out after spending about a half hour picking items and creating a list only to get to the store and finding when I open the app that there is no list. This is aggravating in the extreme! The old version of the app saved your list automatically. Seems like there should be an easy fix for this.
