Never a problem with any of the Employees! Got burned on a few things, and I had to return them. Customers on the other hand, when you’re trying to park can be self centered asses.

Shipping
Since shipping has been added, I’ve ACCIDENTALLY had 3 items shipped when I didn’t want them to be. The issue is when you come across an item that has shipping it’s automatically set to shipping. (It’s just on my device. My sons don’t have that issue)There’s no setting to say no shipping at all. But That would stop the unnecessary shipping. It’s just my device that set to automatic shipping.

You tell the app to only show you products for the locations you prefer and it always lists all the locations! They really need to fix that! I’ve had to drive all over to pick stuff up at locations!
It’s Good just be very cautious with it.
It’s cool and all you can save money on some things but they do post some reall garbage. I bid on a computer screen and it was cracked but I just needed accessories. power cord. mounts, feet etc but it had nothing it was just a much more severely cracked screen. I mean there’s literally nothing you can do with it expect wait for trash day and toss it out.
But it’s still cool. Just got to be extra careful and don’t bid on something that’s damage cause someone will take what ever is worth anything.

Saves money
I like Ola because it has helped us to save money. And they’re very efficient and willing to take it back if something’s wrong with it. But most of all as seniors, because we are on a tight budget and we can now get things that we could’ve never have gotten before. Thank you, Ola.

Shipping was fast but many items landed “new” were not in new condition or dirty or broken! Some items that said “good-tested, works” did not come in working condition. Very disappointed I waisted my money here…

Ganas la subasta y te cobran los artículos y todos los extras de la app, pero luego no te quieren mandar los artículos llevo 4 días esperando mis cosas y los vendedores no lo an enviado, espero que por lo menos regresen el dinero estafa total!

Flawed System
“Good in box” would be better labeled “condition unknown”. Because my good in box item had half its parts missing and was useless. I paid to throw something in the trash. I have no recourse. They used to have understanding people you could call but now you have to email a bot that asks for information you’ve already given, and that has no mercy. All to save them a buck. It also happens with items listed as “like new”. The fine print should tell bidders that they ought to be prepared to get scammed. Also it would be nice to be able to select a day when you can come get an item. Now they only give you three days to choose from, and if you’re out of town those days, too bad.

Item was listed as new but clearly was used and broken
I’m done
Stuff says new or open box new/good. Sometimes it doesn’t work after you pay $50 plus. It also says new and is dirty and used. I’ve learned my lesson I’m done.
BE AWARE!
There is absolutely no communication with customers. The listings show incorrect pictures, and it leaves me with the feeling that they are scamming people. It would be better to avoid purchasing from them.
Everything is always broken
Literally everything I have bought has always been broken or parts are missing. Doesn’t matter if it says new or like new. Don’t waste your money. Just buy the stuff you want from Amazon.
