Item was listed as new but clearly was used and broken

Stuff says new or open box new/good. Sometimes it doesn’t work after you pay $50 plus. It also says new and is dirty and used. I’ve learned my lesson I’m done.
BE AWARE!
There is absolutely no communication with customers. The listings show incorrect pictures, and it leaves me with the feeling that they are scamming people. It would be better to avoid purchasing from them.
Everything is always broken
Literally everything I have bought has always been broken or parts are missing. Doesn’t matter if it says new or like new. Don’t waste your money. Just buy the stuff you want from Amazon.

Not so great!
I was loving this app/store. But I got a wagon that didn’t have the right wheel. I got a mirror that should light up, it doesn’t. I got pool floats, one won’t inflate. None of these were the marking of “needs parts” or anything negative. I don’t think I’ll bother anymore.
Wrong stuff
New to this but I won 2 things and they were not what I thought I won. Why am I getting something different? Are there returns? It’s so fast paced picking up items easily missed it wasn’t what I thought I won

I was disappointed with my experience at OLA Auction. The item I purchased was supposed to include a pair, but when I picked it up, only one was in the package. The listing and packaging indicated it should have been a complete set, yet a piece was missing.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t discovered until after I got home, leaving me with an incomplete item that’s essentially unusable. I recommend that OLA Auction verify the contents of items before handing them to customers to avoid situations like this. Buyers should also inspect their purchases carefully before leaving the pickup location.

I love it been using OLA for years
app is trash
App is terrible. Filters never work so you pay them for stuff you’ll never retrieve. Also, be weary of perishable items, as the warehouses are sweatshops and extremely hot. One positive is the good deals (at times), phone support and nice warehouse workers.

Ola has affordable pricing in a complex economy, customer satisfaction and transparency is key and most appreciated in a corporate world of big box schemes.
So many items are broken returns!
I have stopped buying things on this site for two reasons: the first reasons is I have purchased multiple items and I when I taken them home they do not work especially electronics. The second reason is the hours to pick up are limited and do not work with my schedule.

Not worth it. Ordered a water picture just for it to have a giant crack on the side. Should’ve just order from a regular store

Love it. Easy to use. They work with you if you can’t pick up on time/day scheduled. This app has helped me and my family a lot. If you have kids I most definitely recommend this. Just make sure to pay attention to descriptions.
Can now longer bid
I’ve been an avid user of this platform. I really enjoyed being able to get and bid on items at a reasonable price but unfortunately, one day I went to go collect items. I had bid on in one and was charged for and I had found out that bidding capabilities have been disabled due to fraudulent activity. Which was news to me. It may have been because I had to switch the card on file before paying for an item and it didn’t fully go through the first time so it was considered unpaid until I changed my card, but I was able to continue bidding that same day that I had to pay for the unpaid item. It’s very unfortunate so just air on the side of caution don’t get too attached. And when I asked support for help, they said the computer did it so so essentially I could just no longer use your platform rather than them do anything to help me that was the only resolution I got.
