non-functional login, no help from customer service
Tried to add a rebate and got locked out of my own account, and apparently customer service can only help with this by telling you to wait until it unlocks on its own. Absolutely abysmal.
Login Failed
I cannot log back into the app. I’ve reset my password, uninstalled the app twice, restarted my phone. Nothing is helping. Please fix this issue so I can access my account.
Gift card purchase nightmare
There is always an issue logging into my account when trying to purchase gift cards through the app. It used to work fine not anymore. The solution they give me is to over online via a laptop on the Giant Eagle website. lol
