You can fill your cart but you can’t checkout
app broken
it won’t let you sign in, just keeps returning an error message. also won’t let you choose from all the options for lots of items. avoid ordering on the app.
Trash app great food
This app is awful. It randomly closes doesn't let you log in directs you to DoorDash. Just do yourself the favor and call for your order.
Why do I have to sign in every time
I love bueno the food is great and they rarely make a mistake on my orders, but the new app makes me sign in every time I use it which is pretty annoying. Also I wish there were more modifications available, for instance extra white rice for the Thai bowl. Or sauce on the side, not just the option of a paid extra sauce on the side. I don’t mind paying for an add on like extra rice but it’s just not an option when ordering online. I do like that all my rewards are listed and I can choose which one I want to use. I don’t think they should expire tho or have extended time to use them.

This version correctly calculates tip percentage on the base price, before adding taxes.
This version is missing the ability to pay for additional toppings. For years I always added sautéed mushrooms. Now I ask the cook to add them every time I arrive, and I put a little money in the tip basket.

Can’t order
You are unable to place orders through app asks to constantly validate number. Never goes through. Also you lose all your points if you had the old app should of been transferred with the phone number associated with account
Can’t order
Every time I go to place an order it keeps wanting to validate my phone #. The order never goes through, asks to validate again and again. I have deleted and added the app several times. I validate my # when signing up, but never works. And, I lost all my points from old app.
New app very buggy
I was not able to access the new app for 6 days. Kept saying invalid request after registering and getting sign up rewards. Deleted and downloaded again. Okay for now. Also lost all my credits from old app for 50% off. Not impressed.
Could not order
I rarely review apps, but this app sent me into a loop that prevented me from completing my order. Very buggy.
Former app was smoother to use. Easier to buy what we wanted.
We have been ordering from a Bueno y Sano app for 4 years. This is a new version from a new company/developer. Everything is fine except it is missing a question before the list of modifications one can choose in a burrito. The former application asked whether we wanted to “modify” or “not modify” the burrito from its usual recipe. At that time the modifications included bowl or burrito which is a separate question now which is fine but we cannot complete our order, meaning add it to the cart, without choosing something on the list. It adds or takes away ingredients in a way we do not want. We prefer using the app for many reasons but may need to stop since I have to add peanut sauce to the Thai one to buy it or my husband has to add sour cream to the pulled pork.
We need an option to just get it as is especially now that bowl/burrito is a separate question.
