Freezing
App always freezes at the location menu. Also have trouble using more than one card so I can’t use gift card

Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, it often won’t open, won’t load, won’t let me order, and won’t send notification even when I’ve fixed notifications several times.
Horrible app
Keeps me from giving you business for the need to reenter card information EVERY login… I’m done, I’ll just drive by to the next coffee spot from now on

I know this is partially on my but really what do we think peoples brain power is at early in the morning to check the location after clicking on the right location online then being redirected to the app then being forced to make an account at least have there be a prompt to double check the location before someone places an order.

App doesn’t function well. It would be nice to have the option to order online without the app for occasional users.
