Inaccurate Findings
I purchased the app and attempted several times to identify a smaller insect but camera doesn’t allow it to zoom in clearly enough to photograph it and completely misidentified the insect repeatedly and some cases identified it as a completely different category eg. a roach as a millipede. When I tried to cancel my subscription (within an hour of downloading it) I was informed the do not refund your money. This is a poor application that is only marginally accurate with very large insects.

Literally the first thing they ask for is your money and you can’t use it without it starting a free trial they hope you’ll forget about
Doesn’t ID and isn’t free
There were so many pop-ups I accidentally must’ve hit subscribe and now I can’t get my $39 back. Also, it doesn’t identify accurately.
Subscription scam
I thought this was a free App. I opened it to look up ONE insect and never used it again. I just realized I’ve been charged every week for over a year for a subscription I didn’t know I had. Did not approve money coming out of my account. Couldn’t get my money back. 👎🏻
Be Aware this is NOT FREE!
They advertise a free trial but when I couldn’t make it work I deleted within minutes they charged $59.99 and refused a refund. I will never use it so have paid $60 for NOTHING.
