Hard to use and not accurate

I used it to try and identify an insect by sound in my kitchen. It tried to upsell me a number of times, access all info on my phone, crashed once, then finally reported back a completely different sounding bug.

The sound identifier does not work

I downloaded this app for the reason of identifying insects, at night, by their sounds/calls. I tried 3 different times, and it did not work at all. When I would hit playback, no sound would play; furthermore, it would say no insect detected. So, I am going to be uninstalling this app. I am going to stick with the Seek app, and Google for identifying insects.
