玩不起就不要玩。在韩国本土软件上搞所谓的Global Awards，用户都是韩国人，发公告都是韩文的，完全没有国际比赛精神。外国人在缺少账号的情况下，用临时邮箱注册账号，被判定违规，然而这不过是kpop常用的打投手段。最搞笑的是投票一开始并没有做限制，投票快结束了突然修改规则。

Unable to make overseas account
I tried all of the steps listed on the company’s X post about the captcha errors. However, as of March 2026 this error is still happening. I spent an hour trying to make an account on the website and app. I’d like to leave Spotify but it’s just not possible.
