Can’t handle singing, limited interface
To begin, my hope was to get an SRT file with the text of lyrics from a song on a music video. I can not say how well the app handles normal dialog, but I can say it cannot transcribe the words of a song when there is music accompaniment playing also. It found only 3 or 4 scattered words in a 2-minute song.
That said, the user interface is not complete. There are almost no menu commands. The only controls are buttons to click: a button to create a “project”, and inside the project window there are three tiny buttons with obscure icons and no help text popups. (One of the buttons hides the buttons! Then you have the puzzle of how to bring them back.) By chance I found the button that displayed the SRT file. It appeared to be correctly formatted.
