Started with the checklists pre build in late 2024 before architect meetings. Now that I’m mid build June 2026; I cannot tell you how much these checklists saved me in change orders and in regrets! You will not know how valuable this is until it’s too late. No brainer to get these services offered by Builder Brigade. (I am not AI, real person, real story)

Disappointing Constant Upsale to pay for features
I thought since I bought the paper book and the upgraded digital version, I had access to the full system. It is a constant app of opportunities for the Builder Brigade to up sell you. Very misleading. Unless you constantly want a sales pitch in your face while using the app, I do not recommend.

We purchased the checklists when we started building, super helpful for remembering things we wanted to do and what stage in the building process to do it! There is now a Builder Brigade App!!

Good app, but not worth paying a second time for the same content
The app is nice looking and well organized. Seems intuitive and user-friendly. However, I already paid to download the checklists, so I don’t know why I’d pay again to get the same content just in a different format.
Absolute game changer!!!
This changes everything! I can finally build out my house exactly the way I want it and brainstorm everything I need before I meet with my builder. If you’re in the process of renovating your home or building a new house this app is a must have!
