Although this software and application has the basic functionality to document and record, the categories needed to properly justify real estate professional status, the application itself is rather quite junkie and often startup times you need to wait 15/32 or more for the app to load which reminds me of 1996 windows with the forever death spiral. This application and software platform is in need of significant investment and updating to modern standards

Our team is also actively working on another update with behind-the-scenes improvements which should dramatically improve the performance of the app, as well as some new features. Functional, when it loads.
Seems like this software could be quite useful and easy to track time as I kick off a STR or two. Unfortunately 60-70% of the attempts to open the app I get a blank white screen and nothing else.
What should be a one time purchase…
App is useful in documenting real estate professional status. Which should be a one time purchase unfortunately is turned into a $300 annual subscription with no perceivable functionality changes in over three years. Waiting for a competitive disruptor to enter the market. Improve your app or it’s not a subscription worthy product.

Bad app
This app is not good because I just downloaded it even though I used to use it for years ago and I stopped. It’s very slow and when you try to upload your evidence, it says that there is a limit so you can’t upload videos and I know for a fact that if you get audited by the iRS you need to be able to show them proof and nothing is better than videos. Bad app don’t use

That which is measured, get improved
Life is, for the most part, all about rules. Depreciation rules. 1031 exchange rules. Even REPS hour rules.
It can be rather daunting to keep contemporaneous and accurate logs throughout the year to meet your 750 hour requirement (long term rental).
Thus, we are extremely happy with this REPStracker application. It allows for seamless, real-time logging of material participation hours. It also allows immediate upload of photographic evidence (contractor photos, emails, etc). Which is great to stay organized if you have a busy day job.
The customer service is also top notch. Every time we reached out for help , we got a timely reply and more importantly, a timely resolution.
Highly recommend this app over the old school way of keeping excel sheets (or worse, a shoebox of random sheets of paper here and there).
