Update: After this update, instead of saying the server is unavailable it says your session has ended. It will still not remember my device so I have to login in and get a new 6 digit code every day to clock in for work.
I have to get a new six digit code every day because their app won’t remember my device.
An absolute garbage app that should be taken off the App Store. My employer should find a new app for punch in and out.

It never remembers my device and I have to log in and wait for the text every morning. Sometimes in the afternoon also.

Worst app ever
My job uses this, so i have to use it. The developers need to do something about the times you have to log in, and as of lately i have to constantly delete the app and redownload it due to it freezing. Horrible app!!!!
Needs a Serious Rebuild
The app is essentially useless for everything other than receiving a notice that you have an SMS message. Once you click on the notification to open it, the app opens to show appointments that are years old. Why Jonathon was not able to build a simple email notification that an SMS message was received is beyond me. Instead, we get this app that feels like it was built for the free Android phones you would get back in 2010 from carriers.
