With all of the money people have with this credit union we should have an app that actually allows access to accounts
No Issues At All!
The mobile app is great. I never experience glitches or the app quitting out. I think it’s user friendly! There have definitely been major improvements over the last year!

They have no problem holding your money but good luck getting it from them when you need it
A big headache
This is the worst mobile banking I’ve seen yet. It’s not a clear format on anything. Can’t see a clear difference when it come to a deposit or a charge, they look the same. U can only see 5 transactions at a time and not 3 months let alone one month at a time. But u get charged if u want to do a paper statement. Can’t say I’m happy with this anything about this CU other than its 5 minutes from where I live....whenever I try to do any banking with them it’s takes more than 20 minutes, either in person or on the app. Idky it has to be so complicated

Terrible Terrible Terrible
I tried several times to connect my accounts with this app. I was excited about mobile banking through my credit union as I have mobile banking through Wells Fargo. I would go through the trouble of filling out the application for mobile banking and the app would continually leave me at a dead end where there would be some sort of error. Also, while filling out the application, half of the screen was obscured by a message box, so you would have to X out of it to go to the next application box. Very frustrating! I had no issue applying for my Wells Fargo mobile app; it was very intuitive.

Still a bust
The app is still crashing when I try to make a deposit. I think it's time to find another bank
