Resetting Password Issue
It’s nearly impossible to reset password or locate username without having the member number. Very inconvenient, now I have to wait until the weekday to reach a customer service representative.
Terrible.
Absolutely terrible, tried signing in I kept getting timed out over and over an as I FINALLY was about to finish it said I made a max attempt of 3. This is actually bull.

The app is great second only to the EXCELLENT customer service offered at my Comp branch.
