I have NEVER had a problem at all, with anything I’ve ever done at Builtwell Bank.

Transfers
Since they updated the app, to transfer an amount you have to type it all out where as the old version you didn’t. It did it for you. Also when you transfer you have to really look at which account is shown. It blends all together now. The old version was way better. Switch it back.
App
The app is easy to use and saves me lots of time and potential headaches.
Bank sucks
Nothing but issues since Builtwell bought out our original bank. They could not even cash a $13,000 check yesterday the day before a holiday weekend. One of many issues! Opened a new account at another bank yesterday. Can not wait to close this one!!

I have to turn off my wifi to use the app. I can’t use the cash management tools in the app either, only desktop.

Ugh
So. Painfully. Basic. I need more design and more options. Too many pop-ups on every menu choice. Balances? Fine. Other than that? Yikes.
Bill pay
Once you are in the Builtwell app there is no need for another security authentication to change/add/edit a bill payee. Very cumbersome to use face authentication to get into app then need your password to change things in bill pay.
Can no longer use app.
My phone wont update to new enough ios for the app to work. This is unacceptable.
Great Bank
Love Builtwell Bank. Great people and great service. They care about the community and are heavily involved in community activities. I highly recommend this bank. They truly care about their customers.
Personal check deposit
Not understanding why I would need to write “Builtwell Bank” on a personal check of mine for deposit in my account. Bank of Cleveland never did this!

The information to pay a bill changed. Changing it on the site was not easy for us. Still not certain about where it is headed. Oh well!

Easy process to set up and install
Nothing but problems.
Debit card keeps getting declined even though there’s plenty of money in the account. Mobile check deposits get rejected when there’s plenty of money in the account that it is drawn on. It is very embarrassing when my debit card gets declined for a gallon of milk when there’s thousands of dollars in the account.
