Използвам тази банк защото няма друг избор. За всяка услуга има такса. Дор веднъж, когато се опитах да направя банков превод от чужбина, ми наложиха такса дори когато не приеха сумата. Не препоръчвам на никого

As a Canadian banker I appreciate the service of the crew, the app is very well designed! Very innovative! Keep up the good work!
Terribly dated interface...
The app's interface harkens back to the iOS 8 era. There is no support for Dark Mode, no support for Liquid Glass or its new sleek keyboard. It is downright ugly at this point and it is inexcusable to fail to update the GUI for such a long time.
Which is a shame, because otherwise the app has a great potential and is plenty functional
Please update the GUI to the new iOS 26 Liquid Glass standard and I will change my review accordingly.

Full with bugs
It’s not working at all.You can’t pay your bills,can’t make transactions.After every update it’s getting worse and worse.Perfectly responds to the level of service in the branch

Very unreliable.
Too many problems with paying bills. Often shows “ no liability “ when there is. Not able to pay bills on time because of this. In fact I never received notification to pay particular bill for 8 months. For that being set, I now have huge bill with interest applied to. Not recommending this app for pay bills and more to name.
Indeed, no international communication is available. I sent numerous of emails and never received a respond. My card is about to be shut down from bullbank. They changed my atm /master card with limited options to receive or activate. I live out of BG. THEY MUST HAVE options to send the new card in abroad. I wrote many emails for support in this issue. and never respond to my emails This bank is horrible.

When i try to activate again it requires iOS update but after updating the problem appears again.

За повечето услуги е необходимо да се ходи до филиал. Плащанията стават бавно. Интерфейса на приложението не е направено удобно за ползване.
Not showing liabilities after office hours
Не мога да си плащам сметките през приложението в извънработно време. Абсолютно целият списък показва “No liability”, въпреки че има дължими и те се показват, когато е работно време на банката.
