Server issue
This game is real really good I have played this game for nearly 2 years and enjoyed a lot , never had any problem but from last 2 or 3 days I’m facing connecting issue despite having a good internet connection which is very frustrating. In between of the game when I am playing any matches it shows server is not working and due that I loose my matches. Otherwise the game is good

Progression filled with in app purchases. Zero support regarding account restoration.
I started playing Bullet echo again after a long time. My old account was not restored, which had a lot of purchased items in it. I contacted support team. After a long chat they said that they are working on restoring my purchases.(Do not know if ‘they’ are bot or human.) So, I started to play the game from scratch. I remembered the tactics of the game. I progressed to the golden league. A week passed since the promise from support of restoration of my account. So I decided to stop watching adds. This game is based on the loop of playing a round for a minute and then watch a 30 to 50 second add to double, triple or quadruple the reward I got(as every other free mobile game these days.). I realised it after breaking the loop(not completely though) Soon I realised that the progression of my characters significantly slowed down when I stopped watching adds. This game not only sells cosmetics but is also a pay to win game. The attributes of heroes in this game need particular currency to upgrade. The currency you get by playing the game is in a meagre quantity. Without watching adds or paying to buy a chance to win more items or straight up buying the item, one cannot progress their heroes to stand a chance against those who are paying to win( and you encounter a lot of those players as you progress to higher league. I also felt excitement when I made my first purchase (a hero name Tess). I had the upper hand. Games like PUBG or Fortnite sell a bunch of cosmetics but they do not have a progression system to increase attributes, but Bullet Echo limits rewards for those who do not purchase or do not watch adds. Update: About that issue of account restoration, support says they can’t help because I forgot to write down my player ID because I somehow knew my account was gong to be lost in the future. And this is a rage review.

HERO ISSUE

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I recently experienced in the game. While opening a battle chest, the reward screen clearly showed that I had received the hero Blizzard. However, after checking my hero menu, I noticed that Blizzard is not available or showing up there.
This seems to be a technical issue, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it. Could you please help me restore the Blizzard hero to my account?

This game is lagging a lot
I’ve been playing this game for almost a year now and never had a lagging issue but now it is lagging a lot. Which is affecting my gameplay. I already conveyed my issue through karftan-India support but they gave me same scripted message again and again. I also wrote a review on google play store and they asked me report the issue to bulletecho-India-support which I did and still there was no response from their side I have stopped playing this game now because they are not competent enough to resolve my issue. After so many efforts and progress of my game it is hard to lose something like this. I am done with this game now.

Worst help and support
Worst help and support system i am messaging to them from last week that i am having a severe ping issues i have done everything that they have told me to do Then i texted them again that it’s not working but they didn’t replied to it till today it’s been more than a week since i texted them at least give me a solid answer if you having your server problems just tell that to the players so at least they don’t get frustrated with there wifi and mobile data
Please resolve it,This is so frustrating i am playing since last year i have made a huge progress i do not want to leave this game but if this continues to happen i’d have no choice left!
