Stopped working
The app worked initially and then just stopped connecting. When I open the app, it asked to connect and then just closes automatically now. This is horrible.
Waste of money
Spent $300 for nothing, worked at first then nothing not user friendly at all. Save your $$.
It’s time to update the app again
It worked great for a few months then wouldn’t work at all- then the app got updated and it was great again. Then they updated the app again and while it still worked, I hated the weird dial for setting the temperature- I couldn’t get it where I wanted it- and for some reason they completely removed the ability to control the lights 😖
Still no control for the volume on the speakers (which I really really would like)
And now.... the app won’t connect at all again -

Incredibly disappointing
This app is almost worthless. It works only about 10% of the time and only after repeated attempts to change the setting. Lately it’s just been crashing without doing anything. It’s profoundly disappointing, especially for a premium spa like Bullfrog. They need to fix this if they want repeat customers!

The app just doesn’t work.
