Lack of support
The lack of support has made a good product worthless. I purchased mine over five years ago. It worked great until I installed the updated app now I have a iPhone 16. It will not connect. System is worthless. They should remove this product from the market.
This is a scam
If you have bought a system, take it back. The app hasn’t been updated in years and flat out does not work. It will not connect to the camera. Read other reviews here and search hunting/shooting forums. The company refuses to update the app or fix the hardware. There is zero support. So, if you still have time, return it and get your money back.

Not good
Is there any way to get the older version? This one doesn’t seem to save sessions, only photos which isn’t real helpful. You can manipulate an old session because it just isn’t there. Not very user friendly. Hoping they’ll come out with something better soon.

These people do not update their software, so it no longer works when systems update. I hope you didn’t buy their camera. We have a very expensive paperweight.
Worst. App. Ever.
1. The app interface is unusable. People who designed the UI should be banned from the profession. 2. Why would you need my precise location for the app to work? Unacceptable!!!

Let us go back to older software version! New software is terrible! Don’t need all the fancy scope site adjustments just need to see full target and Allie us to zoom large to see last shot!

I thought that the upgrade to this app would make it better but it made it worse. The app requires you to reconfigure the target size and shape distance meters or yards every time you want to start a new session.You can’t just start a whole screen it makes you size the target. I now always have connectivity issues with the upgraded app even though the Wi-Fi signal is strong. If you have the previous version please do not upgrade it’s better than this version. Any of the developers even read these reviews please fix this app If you even care.

Keep original app or even version 2 I think. My app automatically updated or I would have stopped it. Especially made useless the 600$ equipment I purchased. I’ll defiantly be calling to complain.
Software Review
Old version, the ammo can I bought 4-5 years ago, is excellent. The new camera works well, but software is terrible. Latest version crashes when trying to view the gallery. I don’t know what happened or why they would take a step backwards like this. I wish there was a way we could still run the original software. Who made this new trash? Obviously people that have no idea what real shooters want or need. Excellent concept though. Fix the software, and this would be excellent.

Ridiculous
I’ve had my camera for about five years and never had an issue with it. Now that they change the app I cannot get it to work and they never answer the phone. I don’t know if the old systems are compatible with the new app or what but I can’t get it to work. It be nice if you can get a hold of somebody I tried emailing to and they won’t answer that. Pathetic way to do business.

Would have given 0 stars if allowed
App requires location services turned on to allow connection to camera wifi, big brother wants to know your location. Upon connection app does not allow camera to be used as I had intended, ie, as a spotting device to see hits. Must do configuration for target size, range, etc. do yourself a favor, return camera and purchase a different brand. Mine is for sale dirt cheap

Need update for iPhone
Just got the bullseye cam sniper edition , and the app I downloaded doesn’t work properly on the phone - off center and can’t get app to work
Crashes on iPhone 6.
It doesn’t work. It’s useless. Crashes when you try to use it.
New app is a disaster
I have owned the long range ammo can camera for several years. It did the job and the app was very basic. I use it to practice for service rifle completion. A few months ago the app on my tablet was upgraded. That was a terrible mistake. The new app is very frustrating to use. They have diminished the size of the target image that is displayed by adding useless side bar menus. Between that and the image is now even darker than it was before making it very hard to see the shots. The ability to drag the image has also been removed. It appears that whoever coded the app was not a shooter. I wish they would completely change the new app or put the old one back up for us to download. They have almost completely ruined my investment in their camera system.

Ok, how do I uninstall this POS?
Worked just fine for several years. Now a forced update, which I didn’t want or ask for, and it no longer finds or connects to my original Bullseye long range system. Trash! Don’t buy anything related until this is fixed properly.
Does not work with Spot Shot
I purchased the Spot Shot because the manufacturer said it was compatible with the most current Bullseye app. But it doesn’t pair with the Bullseye Target Manager. I called GSM/ SME, and customer service said, “Yeah, that’s a problem. We’re changing the webpage as we speak.” This app would be GREAT if it paired to GSM’s Spot Shot WiFi camera. Then I could use my spotting scope to help make real-time adjustments to my groupings!
