Lack of support
The lack of support has made a good product worthless. I purchased mine over five years ago. It worked great until I installed the updated app now I have a iPhone 16. It will not connect. System is worthless. They should remove this product from the market.
This is a scam
If you have bought a system, take it back. The app hasn’t been updated in years and flat out does not work. It will not connect to the camera. Read other reviews here and search hunting/shooting forums. The company refuses to update the app or fix the hardware. There is zero support. So, if you still have time, return it and get your money back.

Not good
Is there any way to get the older version? This one doesn’t seem to save sessions, only photos which isn’t real helpful. You can manipulate an old session because it just isn’t there. Not very user friendly. Hoping they’ll come out with something better soon.

CRAP
These people do not update their software, so it no longer works when systems update. I hope you didn’t buy their camera. We have a very expensive paperweight.
